Former Columbia, SC based Clear Talk Wireless elected to sell their towers and become an MVNO of Sprint. Operating under the Sprint umbrella, much of the brand standards that had been developed up to that point were discarded. I took the opportunity to re-design the company site, digital in-store displays and print materials under the new guidelines but to also improve upon the user experience as much as possible.
By implementing an auto-recurring bill pay system in the new fully-responsive site, it allowed customers greater flexibility and control over their accounts.
In the months following this update, CLEAR TALK enjoyed a spike in revenue and a decreased number of suspended accounts due to non-payment.
Printed materials such as brochures, posters, shelf talkers and end-cap headers were all re-designed and installed.
Coordinating digital TV displays and product lock-screen graphics were uploaded to each device.
